- Membership Qualification Amount Accumulation:
The accumulated spend will be calculated after the 7-day appreciation period and the return completion date of the order.
Accumulated in-store spending amount will be calculated within 3 working days. - SILVER, GOLD & BLACK Membership Validity
SILVER, GOLD, and BLACK memberships are valid for one year. Once you meet the membership criteria, your status will be automatically upgraded.

If your birthday is not provided, we won't be able to send you a birthday discount voucher, and you may miss out on your exclusive VIP perks! - Membership level will be renewed annually, which is one year after the member registration date, and the membership level will be upgraded or maintained for the next year. If the accumulated spend during the period does not meet the requirements of current membership level, it will be adjusted to the corresponding membership level.
- VIP Birthday Reward Policy
Birthday rewards for SILVER, GOLD, and BLACK members are sent out on the 1st of each month. If you qualify for SILVER or higher after the 1st of your birthday month, your birthday reward will be issued on the 1st of your birthday month the following year.
Example:
Dana's birthday is in January. She upgrades to SILVER membership on January 5th. Her birthday reward will be sent on January 1st of the following year.If you become a VIP member but haven't added your date of birth, we won't be able to issue your birthday reward. To ensure you receive your VIP birthday perk, we recommend updating your account details in advance.
Example:
Anna's birthday is in February. She upgrades to SILVER membership on January 5th but hasn't entered her birthday in her account. Since the system doesn't recognize her birthday, her reward won't be issued on February 1st.Please make sure to enter your date of birth while your VIP membership is active. If you add it after your VIP status has expired, we won't be able to issue the birthday voucher. You'll need to regain VIP status to receive this exclusive reward.
Example:
Mary's VIP membership expires on January 1st, and she reverts to a regular member. On January 5th, she updates her birthday to February 2nd. Since she is no longer a VIP, she won't receive a birthday voucher on February 1st. - SILVER/GOLD/BLACK members receive a birthday gift voucher worth NT$500, which can be used with a minimum purchase of NT$1500. The voucher is valid until the last day of the month. It can only be used for online purchases and cannot be combined with other rewards.
- D-points rebate can only be used within 365 days.
- D-Coin will be released according to the time when the order has passed the cooling-off period.
- Shipping fee, handling fee & discount (including D-points deduction) will not be counted in the rebate.
- D-Points can be used as discounts when shopping on the D+AF official website, applicable to all products. Every 100 D-Points can offset NT$1 (including logistics service fees), up to 50% of the total order amount. (For regular members, Silver members, and Gold members, the maximum discount is 30%, while for Black members, the maximum discount is 50%.)
- D Coins for shopping rewards are only available for orders made on the official website and in-store. Unfortunately, there are no rewards for purchases made through other channels.
- Complete your first purchase and receive 10,000 D coins. This offer is available exclusively on the official website.
How about the old membership system?
- The expiration date of existing SILVER members remains unchanged.
- VIP thresholds lowered; existing SILVER members upgraded to GOLD, and existing GOLD members upgraded to BLACK, automatically.
For example,
Miss D was originally a SILVER member with an accumulated spending period from 2023-07-30 to 2024-07-29, spending NT$7000, and her membership expiration date is 2024-07-29.
After the new membership system is launched, Miss D is now a GOLD member due to reaching the upgrade threshold in the accumulated spending period, with a membership expiration date of 2024-07-29.
How to know if my membership is upgraded？
- The system will automatically send an Email & App notification as soon as the membership qualification is met. You can also login your member account and check the membership status.
